Just dropping a line to say thank you very much for letting us rent your villa, my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks at Heron View. We travel to Florida every year for our holidays and your villa was one of the most homely, comfortable and well priced villas that we have stayed in. Having been to Florida many times we do tend to spend more time in the rental villa than most, and I must say that we felt totally at home.

The villa was well presented and spacious, although only two of us there was more than enough room to accommodate many more, but it still didn’t feel as though we were rattling around, this is due to the quality of the furniture and the way it is arranged. The cable TV with the choice of channels was excellent as we like baseball and country music and most villas don’t have these channels available.

The villa had everything we needed and more, the outlook was beautiful with the lake and the trees at the back. We would have no hesitation in recommending your villa to anyone. We cannot comment on the management company as we had no need to call them at all and the response we had from yourselves prior to booking was warm and friendly but professional which gave us confidence before we even left the country.

We hope you continue to have success in renting your lovely home in the future. Thanks again for a lovely stay; I also forgot to mention it was probably the cleanest villa we have stayed in too. Sometimes you go in and the corners in the bathrooms or shower cubicle are a bit dirty but this was not the case with your villa. It was spotless.

We have recently returned from a stay at Heron View Villa, High Grove, Clermont. What a fantastic place! When we booked the villa after being recommended by friends we thought ‘Heron View’, I bet we never see one. On our arrival we were met by two large cranes (the bird variety) just outside the pool area. During our stay we saw alligators, turtles, herons, cranes, and many different varieties of birds – all from the side of the pool. Absolutely fantastic setting.

The villa itself was very spacious and immaculately clean and well presented. There were TVs in all the bedrooms (my 5 year old daughter thought she was in heaven). Each bedroom had a hair dryer. There were pool towels and many more things you don’t normally get in a villa. It was extremely well equipped. The children loved the games room as well as the pool and Jacuzzi.

We have been to Florida a few times and have stayed in nice villas before but this was far nicer than anything we have stayed in before. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. I would not hesitate to return again in the future and will definitely be recommending it to everyone I know.

I felt I must write to you to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday at your villa. The villa itself was even better than we had anticipated and I will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to friends who are considering a family holiday in Florida. This was our family’s third visit to Florida but definitely the best we’ve had and I think the Villa played a huge part in that. Although it was their first visit, our friends, who accompanied us on our holiday, were equally impressed by its location and the numerous facilities provided for both children and adults.

The Management Company were very helpful about any minor problems we encountered and most understanding about any inadvertent problems we caused during our stay. I did, of course, leave fulsome praise in the Visitors Book along with a few useful tips for any future visitors but considered the least I could do was to email you and let you know how impressed we were with the Villa itself.

It goes without saying that we hope the villa will be available when we next return to Florida. Regrettably, due to various circumstances we don’t know when that will be but rest assured, yours will be the first Villa we consider.

The weather was fab - late 90s most of the time - hardly any thunderstorms -really hot so the pool was so cooling! I have to commend your management company as the villa was spotlessly clean and the fridge essentials were a welcome surprise! Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful villa. We had a fabulous time and hope to return again - I left out a few rides on purpose so as I would HAVE to come back.
