Please note: Rental prices are per booking per week NOT per person and include: electricity, air conditioning, all telephone calls, cable TV, cleaning fee upon vacation and all Florida State taxes.

Initial deposit required at time of booking is £100 or $US 200 per week.
Confirmation of booking will be given upon receipt of deposit
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit of £150 or $US 300 is required to be paid with the balance
