Heron View Villa is a fully air conditioned luxury Mediterranean style four bedroom villa, with its own private pool and Jacuzzi, located within the prestigious gated community of High Grove at Clermont, Orlando, Florida.

Conveniently located at the junction of Florida Highway 192 and US State Road 27, it is only a ten minute drive from Walt Disney World. Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive and other Orlando attractions are about thirty minutes away, and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches on the west coast, and Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, the Kennedy Space Centre and the Space Coast are only about one to one and a half hour's drive away. Very close nearby there are three major supermarkets, well stocked with every conceivable grocery and convenience item a self catering holiday maker may require.

For guests who are golfing aficionados, there are many excellent golf courses with clubhouse facilities within a ten mile radius of the villa.

Capable of accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa comprises two floors under a terracotta coloured real tiled roof, and overlooks a conservation area at the rear. The villa is constructed to the highest build quality and safety standards. All fixtures and fittings are of premium grade quality. All wet area floors e.g. bathroom floors, utility room and kitchen are ceramic tiled.

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and family living area with patio doors giving access to the pool. An integral double garage (now converted to a games room) is accessible internally from the utility/laundry room. The poolside bathroom, comprising toilet and washbasin is accessed directly from the pool and internally from the kitchen. The family living area includes a large remote controlled cable HDTV, DVD/CD player, PS2 games console, and a selection of DVD's, CD's and PS2 Games for guests' use. WiFi Broadband Internet Access is available on demand within the villa


A well appointed kitchen suite includes large conventional self cleaning electric cooker, microwave oven, 18 cubic foot fridge/freezer incorporating ice making facilities, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and double sink with garbage disposal. Additionally, every modern convenience which guests would normally enjoy in their own homes is provided, including toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, a full range of table crockery, cutlery and glassware and all utensils. The telephone which can be used for free local and international calls is located here also. The adjoining fully fitted dining room features a dining table with seating for up to six and two bar stools at the nearby breakfast bar.

The utility room facilities include a large washer and a large drier, easily capable of handling the laundry requirements of a large family. An ironing board and iron are located here too.

The garage has been converted into a games room, and features a pool / billiard table, a table tennis table and a table soccer game.

The first floor features four bedrooms; one master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with shared access to the second bathroom. (Depending upon the occupancy, guests can choose to use this as a second master suite if they wish). Ideal for two families sharing, two twin bedrooms complete the first floor. These share use of the second bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards and all include built in wardrobes, high quality furniture with plenty of drawer space, hair dryers and remote control TV's. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and bedroom two has a queen-sized bed. The master en-suite includes a separate bath tub, and both bathrooms feature showers, a vanity unit, W.C, hairdryer points and ceramic floor tiles.

Outside is the larger than normal heated pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by a block paved patio area fully covered by a screened enclosure. Although Florida is consistently warm all year round, pool heating is recommended for the months of November to April at additional cost (see booking details). The pool backs onto a conservation area, so is not directly overlooked from the rear. Access to the pool is via an alarmed patio door for child safety.
